The short version
We collect what you type into an enquiry form, and nothing else that identifies you. We measure aggregate traffic with Google Analytics. We do not sell anything to advertisers, we run no advertising cookies, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
What we collect
- What you enter in an enquiry form — your name, mobile number, email address, city and the programme you are asking about, plus the page you sent it from.
- Standard web-server records — IP address, browser and the page requested, which every web server writes and which we use to keep the site working.
- Aggregate analytics, described in the next section.
We do not ask for, and you should never send, a payment card number, a bank detail, a one-time password, or a copy of an original certificate.
Cookies and Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-7ZJNX1XQHQ). It is the only third-party script on the site.
- It sets first-party cookies (named
_gaand_ga_<id>) so a returning visit is not counted twice. They last up to two years unless you clear them. - It reports which pages were read, from roughly where, on what kind of device. Google shortens the IP address and we have IP addresses turned off as a reportable field — we cannot see who you are from it.
- We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising personalisation, or any remarketing or ad feature.
- We run no advertising network, no Meta pixel, and no cross-site tracker.
How to switch it off
Install Google’s official opt-out add-on, turn on your browser’s “do not track” or tracking-prevention setting, or block cookies for this site. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — every page is static and readable without it. Google’s own description of how it uses this data is in its privacy policy.
Why we collect enquiry details
To answer your enquiry, and to pass it to the institution or institutions you asked about so they can answer it. That is the entire purpose. If you did not send an enquiry form, we have nothing about you beyond aggregate analytics.
How long it is kept
Enquiry records are kept for the admission cycle you asked about and a reasonable period after it for follow-up. Analytics data is retained for the period set in the Google Analytics property. Ask us to delete your record and we will.
Removing your data
Message +91 94151 01772 on WhatsApp from the mobile number you submitted, or write to info@iict.in from the email address you submitted, and ask for your enquiry to be deleted. Include enough detail for us to find the record. We do not charge for this and we do not ask why.
A note we would rather over-state
No fee is ever collected on this site. Fees are paid to the institution directly, against a receipt in the institution’s name. Nobody legitimate will ask you for a one-time password. If someone does, stop and tell us.
Who runs this site
aicte.mba is an independent information site. It is not AICTE, not a government body, and not affiliated with one. Institutions pay this network when a student enrols through it. That is the whole commercial picture, and you pay us nothing.
